# About GainForest

GainForest builds open-source tools that help communities, nature stewards, researchers, and local organizations document environmental work and make it easier to support.

Bumicerts on GainForest.app is one of those tools. It helps people create public Projects, organize evidence, and share stewardship work with funders, partners, and supporters.

## Mission

GainForest works toward a future where environmental stewardship is transparent, community-led, and easier to fund.

Our approach combines technology with local knowledge so that people protecting and restoring nature can show their work, keep better records, and build trust with supporters.
