An organization is a shared identity that lets a group act together instead of as separate individuals. Organizations come in many forms — from registered nonprofits to informal community groups.
Members contribute their observations under one name — a school, a research lab, an NGO, a community conservation group, or a company. The organization's observations are pooled, so the group builds a shared record and appears across GainForest as a single entity rather than a scatter of individual accounts.
