# Drones

We leverage drones to advance our mission of verifying and supporting biodiversity conservation in land-based ecosystems.

### Drone applications

1. **Impact Verification**: We use drones to verify conservation claims and validate [ecocerts](/solutions/ecocerts.md), ensuring transparency and accountability in environmental reporting. This includes verifying tree planting initiatives, ecosystem restoration, forest documentation, community training, and more.
2. **Monitoring Human Impact**: We also use drones to observe and analyze activities like logging and land conversion, helping us understand their implications for local ecosystems and advocate for sustainable practices.
3. **Community Partnership**: We train local communities in drone-based verification techniques, empowering them to document and validate their conservation achievements with technological credibility.
